eprom to remove watchdogs so tv cant reset in defalt?

There is an option in the user guide to reset to default settings. This is on page 26. This is the link: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201104/20110426142138759/BN68-01310B-00L03-110426.pdf
This will erase any previous configuration to factory. I hope that solves your problem.
