Samsung Lnr238wx Power Light Blinking Red Will Not Power On

One of the capacitors on the power supply have cooked. Take a look at the power supply and see if any caps are bulging. If so they will have to be replaced.

There might be a problem with the connections of your Samsung device. Make sure that all its cords and wires are properly connected. Goodluck.

It sounds like an issue with the power supply or the panel. Usually it means the panel is fried.
