Picture Won't Stay On

i will turn on TV and picture stays on for a few minutes. Picture will then go out. I can still hear sound but no picture.I turn it off for awhile and turn it back on and will have a picture for a few minutes and then it will go out again.

Check for loose or damaged connections on the back of your TV. Make sure the component you are trying to watch is turned ON. You can also unplug the TV for 10 minutes and see if that resets the issue. As a last resort, go into the menu of your TV and do a factory reset.
