How Do I Fix Popping Sound Through Speakers.
How do I fix this. The sound is distorted, hums,crackles and/or pops. It is only an issue coming out of the built in speakers. The sound is fine coming from the TVs other sound outputs (headphone jack, AV out, etc...)The problem exists with the speakers with all inputs. (HDMI, coax, av in, etc...)

This sounds like (no pun intended) like you have either a bad audio output IC (part of the "Main" board, or a picnched wire to one of the speakers. I have seen a lot of wires get smashed by the table stand.
Since you haven't given me the full model number, serial number, and the version code, I couldn't identify the definitive part number of the main board. I did look up the LN40A630M1FXZA Version SQ01 the part number would be BN94-02079E with a retail of around $190 plus $50 core through Samsung. But before you purchase a board first check the wiring and ensure you research the proper model, versions
