Pop And Crackle

can a technician still come out to repair my recall problem on this tv where it popped and crackled before going off and not coming back on? the capacitator i believe.

I suggest you go to page 93 to check if there's a blown lamp issue. most likely the lamp than a capacitor on the power supply. Go here to see if your model was part of a recall.
