'file Not Supported' Keeps Popping Out (samsung Bd P4600)

I play videos via usb and the videos Ive downloaded are in .mkv format. Sometimes it plays but there will be certain files where it will show "File not supported".When I try and play the files in the computer, it works well. Any idea why this happens?Thank you

Notes on the USB connection

R26; Your player supports USB storage media, MP3 players, digital cameras, and USB card readers.

R26; The player does not support folder or file names longer than 128 characters.

R26; Some USB/digital camera devices may not be compatible with the player.

R26; Your player supports the FAT16, FAT32, and NTFS files systems.

R26; Connect USB devices directly to the player's USB port. Connecting through a USB cable may cause

compatibility problems.

R26; Inserting more than one memory device into a multi-card reader may cause the reader to operate

improperly.

R26; The player does not support the PTP protocol.

R26; Do not disconnect a USB device during a "loading" process.

R26; The bigger the image resolution, the longer the image takes to display.

R26; This player cannot play MP3 files with DRM (Digital Rights Management) downloaded from commercial

sites.
