Replacement Disk Flange Doesn't Fit

I have the Ryobi AG452 Angle Grinder...not the "K" version (I don't know the difference) but I need a disk flange and I purchased part number 39029001042 and the hole isn't large enough to fit over the spindle. It's the only one available and I'm not seeing any other options online. I purchased my Ryobi at Home Depot last year. The spindle looks to be about 3/4" to me...

The part you obtained (#039029001042) fits the AG452--so if you can't make it fit there's another problem. My first option would be to get another 039029001042, with the thought that the one you have now is defective.
