Planer R4331 Boards Jump And Don't Feed

Boards jump and don't feed without pulling them through unit, replaced blades cuts good, but same issue, do the belt or chain need to be replaced after about 3 years of use.

it means that I need to wax the infeed and outfeed tables (and the main table as well). I have minimized snipe by angling the board if possible and lifting it slightly as it comes out of the planer.
