Not Compatibe With Toshiba I7 Windows 8

I tried to install the driver of aficio SP C221N on my laptop Toshiba i7, Win 8, 64 bits. But unfortunately, it reached certain step that cannot continues further. What is the way to download it through your website. Please advise the proper software driver.

Based on my research, there is no available Windows 8 driver software for your Ricoh SP C221N. Unfortunately, your printer may not be compatible with Windows 8 Operating System. The available driver is compatible with Windows Vista and lower version of Operatnig System. Here are the links to the download pages.
