my printer is printing a little crooked on sublimation paper. Is this an issue that can be managed easily or do I need professional help in repairing it?

To do a correct sublimation you need a sublimation printer, ink and paper. Also try and use the right sublimation blank with sublimation coding. Also check your printer setting, Turn off fast printing. If your printer is new, you need to print more so that the color can align. More explanation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFiM1C3ng1g
