Misfeeds
I have a Ricoh SG7100DN and there is an error message on it saying there is a misfeed under the top cover yet it is completely clean. How do I rectify this?

See the 'Misfeed' portion of the 'Control Panel Error Messages' here http://support.ricoh.com/bb_v1oi/pub_e/oi_view/0001032/0001032597/view/Op_Guide/int/0184.htm though it sounds much like you have a 'bad sensor' issue.
