Error Code 28213
Just put in new ink and a new waste collector unit.I printed 1 sheet of paper and now this alert keeps flashing:"SC (28213) Power Off On" and then "Call Service if Error Reoccurs".I've powered off numerous times. I've called Ricoh. They don't have that error code listed.WTF? Anyone have any ideas?Please lmk.Thanks!
