Can't Receive Faxes

I can't receive faxes and get error - "substitute reception file exists"

Hello, substitute reception is something the copier does when it can't print out faxes for some reason. (You can read more about substitute reception here.) If the memory fills up while using substitute reception, because all the files are being stored, you may need to delete some faxes so that more can be received.
