Hi, instructions for setting up fax forwarding can be found in the Advanced Features manual, on page 76. Unfortunately, Ricoh no longer offers this manual for download (only the Basic Features manual). If you have a copy of the Advanced Features manual -- it should have come with your machine -- refer to page 76 for how to set up forwarding.



Otherwise, try contacting Ricoh customer support to see if they can supply you with a copy of the manual.
