Ricoh Aficio Sp C821dn Problems Streaking

I own a ricoh aficio sp c821dn. About 2% of the time it produces a thin cyan and/or magenta streak down the page (perpendicular to the printer feed direction). Whenever both lines appear, they are always the same distance apart, which is also equal to the exact distance between the cyan and magenta imaging drums. Many things have been tried, including replacing the main controller board, but nothing fixes the problem. Any ideas or experience in this area? Don GillespieLark & Owl Press, LLC864-592-2204
