Error Code Explanation

Hi, I own a ricoh spc811dn since 8 months Suddenly error code SC552 displays when the printer powered on Pls help Alex

Hi, sc552 is a fuser error code. Generally, the code is caused by a dirty thermistor. Since it is a fuser code, the machine locks up until a technician can check the fuser and make sure the problem isn't anything more serious.
