Color Problem
hello
we have a strange problem.although we have yellow color in the toner and developer,we cant have yellow in our printed papers.what shoud we do?

If there is yellow toner in the machine and yellow developer, the problem may be the motor that controls either the yellow developer unit or the yellow drum unit. You'll probably want to have a service technician take a look at it to see which motor is causing the problem. It could also be a faulty yellow developer unit, which is an easy fix. A Ricoh service tech should be able to diagnose the problem for you.
