Open the front door to the unit and there is 2 levers on the top area of the fuser(left and right side) one way is a picture of an envelope the other way is a picture of a piece of paper the levers need to be moved to the paper side for the fuser

Please check th hardware on behide machine ,open cover and see the green Lever for A4 this size there are 2 size A4 and ENV. move the lever to A4 .
