False Paper Jam
When trying to print 11 x 17 copies the printer will give a paper jam error. The paper is not jammed. It's so bad we have to clear all jobs and/or reset the printer to print anything else at all.

Hi. This can either be owing to a size mismatch between the sent print job and the selected paper tray the malfunctining paper sensor.
