Ricoh Aficio Mp C5002 And C5502 Errors
Ricoh Aficio MP C5002 and C5502 getting run out of extended memory and cannot refresh document error messages. Then unable to print so have to power off/on printer. Please tell me why this could be happening. Thanks

Hi, if you are trying to print the same document on both printers, it could be that the document is too big. Try printing it at a lower resolution, or black and white instead of color, to see if that makes a difference.
