Ricoh Mp C5000 Cannot Clear Print Job

To clear a print job, go to the Printer screen and press the red Stop button. Select the option to clear the current print job, then confirm your choice.
The print job should now be deleted. However, if the copier says "Resetting job..." and stays that way for a long time, turn the copier off and back on.
