Hi, to install toner, open the front door, turn the green toner hopper handle counter clockwise (to the left), push down on the green lever, pull out the toner tray, remove the old bottle, remove the black cap from the new bottle, gently rock the new bottle 5 or 6 times, lay the new bottle on the toner tray (cap side facing you), push the toner tray closed until it locks in, turn the green handle back to the right (clockwise), and close the front door.
