Hi, first you'll need to download the print driver package from the Ricoh website (select Downloads, then search for your model and download the PostScript driver for your operating system). Once it downloads, open the folder and run the driver package to install the driver.
Now, you can add the printer by going to the System Preferences menu, selecting Print & Scan, and then click on the + sign by the list of printers to add a new printer. Your computer should find the C5000, and when it does, select it to add it.
