Ricoh Aficio Mp 4000 How To Print On Thick Paper

In order to print correctly on thick paper, you have to set the copier to know that you have thick paper in the tray. Go to User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Tray Paper Settings. Select the Paper Type setting for the tray you will be loading thick paper in, and set it for Thick.
Then, when you go to print from your computer, in the print driver preferences, select the tray you are using under Input Tray, and for Paper Type select Thick so that the print driver settings and copier settings match (otherwise you will get a mismatch error).
