Scan To File Not Working Error Is Sender Not In Address Book
i have entered the sender thru web monitor and i see it on the display, still says sender not in address book

Are you sure you have that address book entry registered as a sender and a destination? Go into the address book and look under the Protection tab for that entry, make sure that Sender is selected.
