Ricoh C3500 Smb Cant Open File

If the file comes through but you can't open it, check your firewall/security software to see if it's blocking SMB communications at all. Another thing to check is the file size -- if it's a very large file, you may be exceeding your network's limitations. You can get around that problem by increasing compression, decreasing scan resolution, and scanning in black and white instead of color.
