Print The Address Book

How can I get a hard copy of the address book from the RICOH C3002. I've looked though the manual but and even ran a backup of the address book file but the backup file is encrypted and I could not find anything in the manual that explains how to print the address book.

Hi, to print the address book, go into User Tools. Press the User Tools/Counter button, then select System Settings, then the Administrator Tools tab. Look for the Address Book Management setting, and directly beneath that should be an option to print out the address book. Select this option, then choose what layout you want the address book to print out in and whether you want it double-sided or not, then press Start.
