Lcd Display Buttons Suddenly Don't Match Where You Touch

My Ricoh Aficio MP c2500 was working fine. Then just recently, when I touch a button on the display, where I touch does not correspond to the button I am touching. Anyone have this issue??

Hi, this was a common problem with that model and similar models. The glue used on the touch screen does not stick as well as it should, causing discrepancies between where you touch and where it thinks you touched. The touch screen itself will need to be replaced to remedy the problem. Ricoh offered warranty touch screens for a while when this problem was first discovered, but I think the warranty period is over.
