Unable To Detect Paper Load In Tray 1
the ricoh mpc 2050 show need to add papar in tray 1 but the tray is already loaded with paper.
I can detect the paper size but it shows empty paper in tray 1

There is a sensor that detects whether paper is loaded in the tray or not. Sometimes if people pull the tray out too fast or push it in too hard this sensor will get knocked out of place. You can contact a Ricoh technician to either reattach or replace the sensor (if necessary) or you can try to do it yourself. You can see the sensor if you remove the paper tray -- it is a black sensor that sits on a metal bracket above where the paper stack would be located. As long as nothing is bent or broken you can just reseat the sensor in the holes in the bracket and the tray should work normally.
