Hi, if you are trying to copy from the document feeder and getting this message, your paper is probably not being detected. There may be an issue with the ADF set sensor, or your paper may not be loaded correctly in the document feeder.

If you are getting this message when copying off the glass, then either you are using a very small or odd-sized original, or there is a problem with the original size sensors.
