Aficio Mpc3500 Cannot Detect Original Size

Hi, if you are trying to copy a non-standard-sized original (such as a postcard or driver's license) that could cause this message. You can override it by selecting the paper size. You may also get this error if you are trying to copy with the document feeder raised.

If neither of those is the case, there may be a faulty sensor. If you are copying off the glass, one of the sensors under the glass might be bad. If you are copying through the feeder, one of the length or width sensors in the ADF might be bad.
