Paper Tray Indicates Empty When Full Of Paper On An Aficio 3300

This condition is probably due to one of two things: either the sensor that detects the presence of paper is damaged, missing, or knocked out of place; or the lift mechanism has been damaged, preventing the paper from lifting.
