Hi, to change a user name, go into the address book (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management) and select the user whose name you wish to change. Then under the Names tab, select Change, and delete out the current name and enter in the new name. Select OK when you are done, then OK again, to save the change.
