Mp 6001: Start Light Is Red, No Alert, No Sc Error, Can Not Copy
Please help me ASAPAs above question, my copier has got a problem.After press ON, the START light is red.There is not any notification.After get into SP mode by C yellow - 107- C red and press SP mode button, it can not access into SP mode.Thank so much for your help

What is displayed on the screen? Check all of the installed functions -- copier, printer, fax, etc. -- and see if any error messages are displayed.

Hi, if the Start button is red, does the copy screen say "Ready?" It might say something else, such as "Please Wait" or "Processing" or "Copying". If it says either of the latter two and nothing is happening for a long time, the machine may have just gotten hung up like computers do sometimes -- turn the copier off and back on and it should be fine.
If the copy screen says "Ready," press the Printer button to check the print screen -- there might be an error message there. If there is nothing on the print screen either, check the paper trays to make sure they have paper.
