Hi, you can copy the address book either via SD card or through the Web Image Monitor. To do it through the WIM, open up a web browser and go to the copier's IP address. You'll have to log in, then click Address Book (you may have to click Configuration first). Then click Maintenance, and select Backup. You'll be prompted to choose a location to save the address book to.
