Re Paper Jam Mp 4001
after clearing all paper, copier continues to say remove paper (Z). Thought closing door would reset everything.

Z is the duplex area, so make sure you've opened and closed all doors on the right side, and removed all paper found there. If the jam message does not clear, try rebooting the copier.
