Hi, to clear out your fax memory, you'll need to delete faxes from your reception file. On the fax screen, select the button at the top that says Change/Check TX Status or something similar. (It varies by model.) A menu should appear; select Print/Delete Reception File. On this screen you'll see a list of faxes that are currently stored on the machine's hard drive. You can delete some or all of these faxes by selecting Delete and choosing the faxes to delete.
