Scan Default (file Type) To Pdf
How do I set "file type" in the scanner to default to PDF on a Ricoh MP2550b photocopier, rather than having to make the PDF selection each time I scan?

Hi, to set it to default to PDF:
- Press the Scanner button on the left side
- Press the yellow Clear button to clear out any temporary settings
- Select PDF for the file type
- Press the Program button
- Select Program As Default
- Confirm your selection
Now, every time you go to the scanner screen, PDF will be the default scan file type.
