To just install the machine as a printer, all you need to do is connect it to a network device, such as a router or switch, and either assign it a static IP address or let it automatically obtain an address through DHCP. Then download and install the print driver on any computer that needs to print to the machine. You can get the print driver at Ricoh-USA.com.
