A Ricoh Aficio Mp 201 Not Functioning

At school we have a ricoh aficio mp201 spf printer purchased last year.all functions are disabled requiring privileges.it first requests for username and password.I have used admin or supervisor but still it does not allow .I have contacted technicians who say someone inserted a password and it cannot be cracked what should i do.i am the principal in the school.

If you've tried the default admin and supervisor logins with no success, you will most likely need to erase the machine's NV-RAM (non-volatile memory) in order to reset the admin password back to its default. Resetting the NV-RAM must be done through the copier's service mode, so if you have a Ricoh technician who works on the machine, you should ask him to clear the NV-RAM to reset the password. (Be warned you may also lose a lot of settings/data.)
