Problems With The Web Image Monitor Software Of My Ricoh Aficio Mp201 Spf
i can't log in administrator sesion of Web image Monitor software, i trayed with user name: adminpassword: (lefted in blank)i log in with sesion of "supervisor" and the pasword is left in blank and it shows that the administrator 1 has like user name "Verizon" and i tryed to change it's password but there is no result.i purchased this printer but the seller don't know the password, i have the bill and the import licenseplase help me to log in administrator sesion

If you are able to log in as Supervisor, you should be able to change the Administrator password (unless it asks you to put in the current password first). If it makes you enter the current password first, then you will need to have the passwords reset, which must be done in the MP 201's service mode. Contact your service technician and he should be able to reset the password for you.
