Hi, if the Ricoh is on the same line as a phone, and you want to answer the calls rather than have them answered by the fax machine, you could disconnect the phone line from the copier, or you could set it up for manual reception, so that it would only answer when you tell it to. You can choose manual reception in User Tools, under Fax Features > Reception.
