Editting Fax Group
Hi, I can find the list in our fax group but cannot figure out how to edit it or add a new contact and number

Hello, adding contacts to a fax group on a Ricoh copier is a little tricky if you've never done it. You have to add the contact to the address book first, as its own entry, then once you've done that you can add it to the group. More information on creating groups and adding fax numbers to them can be found here.
