If this is a paper Jam in section B, which is the right hand door, and there is no paper located. Make sure the the paper tray guides are all nice a tight, especially the green guide to the left of the paper tray.
if these are out in anyway you will find that paper doesnt actually get lifted from the paper tray and the machine indicates a paper jam.
