Hi, the sc899 error is often caused by a corrupted print job, so you'll need to find the computer this job was sent from, and either cancel the job or reboot the computer. The copier itself is fine -- if you disconnect it form the network, you can turn it off and back on and it will work fine. But if you don't cancel the print job, as soon as you reconnect the copier to the network you will probably get that error again.
