Reset Button
How do you get the reset button to work. I've held the button down for what seems like forever but nothing happens. Thanks

It seems your reset mechanism is defective; pressing the button (without holding) should be sufficient. If possible return your device to the seller--or, if not, exercise Reebok;s warranty (use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/reebok/customer-service).
