Beeping Sound And None Of The Control Buttons Will Work. Won't Start

Hello, you can find some help in the Troubleshooting section of the user manual (which you can download here) but not much. Check the equipment's circuit breaker, and also check the wiring going to the console. If nothing on the console works -- buttons or screen -- there may be a pinched wire or other electrical problem inside the unit.
