Receiver Struggles On Start-up
My RCA RT2870R receiver is sluggish and whines on start up. Sometimes it starts up and runs, other times it shuts back down. It sounds like a belt or fan, or bearing struggling to turn. It would make sense if a fan is worn out causing too much draw. The whine is pretty loud. It is NOT a power buzz. Any ideas or similar experiences?
