No Sound Coming Out From System At All

Hi I have an RCA model number RT2870R. I recently hooked it up and theres no sound coming out of the system at all. Tried hooking the speakers up one at a time, didnt work. Tried pressing the test tone button on the remote and it doesnt do anything. Hooked up the antenna and tried turning on the tuner and it still dosent work.
