Cd Tray's Jammed.
how do i get the cd tray's unjammed?

If you haven't done so already, Unplug your device from the wall and give it time to completely power down, usually 2 minutes is enough. Then plug your device back into the power source. This should (not always) reset the device and cause the tray to open up.
If the above doesn't work, there is a small hole just above the door on most CD/DVD players. Unwind a small paper clip and GENTLY push it into the small hole. This should release the door. Don't force it because you could damage it more than it is already.
If both methods failed, and depending on how old the device is, and how expensive, you may want to consider taking it to a technician.
Please note: You can also check if your device is under warranty still (if a fairly new device)
